April Sams Bernard has over 20 years of experience personal training clients of all ages and goals. With a BS in Kinesiology and a Master’s in Education, plus a background as an NCAA Champion in Track and Field with the LSU Women's Track Team, April is passionate about helping individuals achieve their fitness potential.
